2008 NYS Child Abuse Prevention Conference: Exhibitor Information

  • Booth locations will be assigned in the order in which registration forms with payments are received.
  • Registration forms with payment in full are due by February 29, 2008.  Forms received after this date will be accepted on a space availability basis.
  • Exhibit space will be located adjacent to registration area and near breakout rooms- in a heavily trafficked area for high visibility
  • Set-up of exhibits starts Monday, April 7 at 6:00 am. Exhibits need to be set & ready by 8:00 am.
  • The Exhibit area hours are Monday,  April 7,  8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Tuesday,  April 8, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm and Wednesday, April 9,  7:30 am - 3:30 pm.
  • High traffic times: Registration, networking/refreshment breaks
  • Exhibitors are strongly encouraged not to dismantle their booths before 2:00 pm on Wednesday,  April 9.
  • Cancellations requested in writing prior to March 14, 2008 will receive a refund.  Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received later than March 14, 2008
